Day51

In the deafening silence of the night
Moonlight gleams on the waters of our soul
Our wounds are assuaged by and by
Our soul is beckoned by lush meadows
Our meagre strength is augmented by their green
We gaze through the window and the breeze
embraces us; we spot a silhouette, then silo
Our emotions find solace and freshen in glee
Human companions will go...
We will relish each moment with them we see
Rainbows shall always vanish away
But the sky with us forever shall sail
Friends are like rainbows
The sky, memories which we must make home
A child of the purest gaze
A hero to a street child
Warm tears trickling for others' pain
These memories, more than friends, lead through the night.
