Day 59
#365daypoetryforadvocacyandsocialchangechallenge
Idling bullets
Shedding tears
Armed men on helpless skirts,
Lofty speeches
Lobbying media
Ashes in streets, eyes sweating in tears
Bloodlust states,
Oily smiles, salty games,
Utopian view of dungeon states
Tallied not with ancestors' wishes.
Come all!
Have a seat!
Ascribe our ill-fate to the fall of our faith,
Neutralize man's slaughter, corruption...
Gratify hearts with
Emblem of change.
